Think Pilates on Steroids!! ALL Gravity classes are performed on the award-winning Gravity Training System (GTS) which offers 8 levels of incline resistance that can be calibrated to meet the needs of each individual client. Levels range from easy/therapeutic to intense/extremely challenging. The dynamic cable pulley/glideboard GTS challenges clients to build strength, core stability and muscle endurance all with minimal impact to the joints.
Gravity FB is a full body strength building and endurance workout for all fitness levels. This 55-minute class is designed to challenge clients through resistance training where all muscle groups are pushed to their limits. The goal of this class is to help clients of all fitness levels achieve optimal results (muscular strengthening and toning) in the quickest amount of time.
Gravity COREGravity CORE is a mix of core yoga and pilates movements paired with resistance training for all fitness levels. This is a 55-minute class designed to help strengthen the core muscles surrounding the abdomen, obliques, back, chest, shoulders, hips, inner thighs and glutes
Gravity PIT (Power Interval Training)
Looking for a cardio and strength training class that will push your limits and leave you feeling exhausted? Come try Gravity PIT (Power Interval Training). This advanced* class is 55-minutes of true cardio/strength that will challenge you on every level. This class is designed to get each of your major muscle groups burning and leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated at the same time. This is a fast paced class so we DO NOT recommend this class to participants that are new to Gravity. Short breaks between segments allow you to catch your breath and re-group before the next segment begins. Looking for intensity??? You've found it! *You must have taken a minimum of 3 Gravity classes to participate.
All spin classes are performed on the new, state of the art Keiser M3 indoor cycles. These whisper quiet bikes have revolutionized indoor cycling by making it easier on the joints while giving you the feeling of being on a real road bike! Keiser bikes use innovative magnetic resistance technology and include a digital display so that you can control your specific gear and speed to fine-tune your ride. All bikes have cages (for tennis shoes) and SPD clips (for cycling shoes).
Endurance RideThis 60-minute spin class will get your heart rate up, increase your stamina and endurance, and help you burn the maximum amount of calories....your ultimate goal is to hit....23 miles....OR....500 calories. This class flies by with various drills, hills and sprints designed to crank up the heart and crank out the calories!!
SPINcoreThis 60-minute spin class is a step ahead of any other spin class. We cap each session with 10 minutes of intense core exercises. This class caters to all fitness levels from the beginner to the advanced indoor cyclist. If you're looking to burn calories and build muscle strength and endurance, then this is the class for you!! Our top notch instructors include a variety of spin techniques including speed work, hills, jumps, intervals, and sprint training. Spin workout is 45 min, Core workout is 10 min.
6-PAC Circuit (Progressive Athletic Conditioning)

This 60-minute class gets you moving around the room in a full body, interval style workout. We begin with 15 minutes on the spin bike to get your heart pumping and muscles moving. Then off the bike for high intensity, interval style strength training. Each person performs a different exercise for one minute using a variety of equipment, including the TRX trainer, BOSU ball, stability discs, body bars, GTS and medicine balls. Exercises are specifically designed to condition a variety of muscles in your upper body, lower body and core. Then it's back to the bikes for round 2! Appropriate for all levels.
Spin & Glide-full body
This 60-minute class combines spinning and Gravity FB. This class is for all fitness levels looking for a challenging yet energizing FULL BODY workout. Get ready to BURN, BURN, BURN! Spin: ~30 min, Gravity FB: ~30 min.
